The DOU Journal of Management Sciences (DOUJMS) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary academic journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of management. It is hosted by the Faculty of Management Sciences, Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba.

Aims & Scope

DOUJMS aims to promote cutting-edge research in the domains of management science, encourage intellectual discourse among academics and practitioners, support evidence-based policy formulation and business practices, and highlight regional and global economic and managerial issues with local relevance. The Journal welcomes contributions in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, Public Administration, and related disciplines.

Manuscript Submission

Author submits manuscript via the online portal. Desk review checks formatting, scope, and plagiarism (max 20% similarity).

Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscript is sent anonymously to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Both author and reviewer identities are concealed.

Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief issues a decision: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject. Authors are notified within 4–8 weeks.

Publication

Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and layout. The final version is published Open Access in the next available issue.
