Manuscript Submission
Author submits manuscript via the online portal. Desk review checks formatting, scope, and plagiarism (max 20% similarity).
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscript is sent anonymously to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Both author and reviewer identities are concealed.
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief issues a decision: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject. Authors are notified within 4–8 weeks.
Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and layout. The final version is published Open Access in the next available issue.
